1891, at 7 Palace Square, lived Clement Rogers (Bn 1836 Louth, Lincoln) aged 55 and his wife Jessy (aged 46).  He is also at this address on the 1884 street directory.  He was a School Master who taught from his premises.  In 1885, he lived at 15 Palace Square.  In the 1887 street directory, he is at ‘5 & 7 Palace Square’.
