The First Football Cup Final played at the Crystal Palace

Opening of the Beulah Spa

Opening of The West End and Crystal Palace Railway

In 1831 Beulah Spa designed and landscaped by Decimus Burton was opened to the public by John Davidson Smith[2]

In 1895 the first Football Cup Final was played at the Crystal Palace.  Cup Finals continued to be played at the site until 1914[3]

In 1902 the first ascent by an Englishman in a powered balloon was made at the Crystal Palace[4]

In 1926 Norwood Grove was opened to the public by the Prince of Wales[5]
