The Valentine family were resident for over 58 years, as they are listed on the 1881 and the 1939 Register shows daughter, Tamsion still resident (No 39 Anerley Vale) (1911 7 Rooms).

Robert Valentine (Bn 1834 Essex ), a Coach Painter and wife Mary (Bn 1840 Folkestone) with their two sons, Thomas (Bn 1867) and Robert (Bn 1869) and two daughters, Tamsion (Bn 1865 D1962 aged 96) and Florence (Bn 1874).

Daughter, Tamsion later became the Caretaker of St Paul’s School in Hadlow Place, Anerley Road (1921 Census and 1939 Register).
