TINLEY – 21 Anerley Vale

Thomas Tinley (Bn Oct 1856 D Dec 1956) and wife Lizzie (Bn 1856) were living at 21 Anerley Vale in 1891. His occupation, a Baker. In 1921, aged 65, Thomas (remarried to Edith) lived at 12 Colby Road and was employed as a Baker at Lee the Bakers, Central Hill.

Thomas and Lizzie had two sons, Ernest (Bn 1882) and Thomas George (Bn 12 April 1880 D1966).  Thomas attended Woodland Road School in 1887. He joined the Royal Navy in 1896. He later married and emigrated to New Zealand.
