BAIN – 10 Anerley Vale

In 1881, William Bain (Bn 1851) and wife Kate (Bn 1858), with their two sons and a daughter, were resident at 10 Anerley Vale. His occupation was an Aquarium Attendant, so can’t help but assume this was the aquarium within the Crystal Palace grounds, which existed from 1871 until the 1890s.
