Richard Adams (Bn 1835 D1916) and wife Elizabeth (Bn 1837 D1902). They married in 1853 and lived in Anerley Vale from at least 1871 (number not listed) with their two daughters and three sons. His occupation was a Baker. In 1881, 1891 and 1901 the census states 33 Anerley Vale.

Their son, Samuel (Bn 1877), was enrolled at Woodland Road School in 1887 (home address 33 Anerley Vale). By 1911, Richard was living with his children at 18 Barnfield Road [now Bristow Road], moving to 40 Palace Square by 1921 and 2 Brunswick Place by 1939. His occupation a Builder/Handyman.
