No 8: Three Bower siblings aged 18-33 all born in East Indies​. 4 servants​

No 10: Robert St. John (Major General in the Indian Army) & sister and three children (born Bombay)​. 1 servant​

No 12: Ann Shaw (Land & House proprietor) & spinster daughter aged 34 (fundholder),  and visitor​. 3 servants​

Most likely built by George Hantler (Contractor builder) who lived next door at The Cottage, in 1861 census, as Harefield lease of 1881 said the adjoining boundary was land demised to George Hantler​
